How do i get them out?

my minor daughter owns 70% of the property we live on. 5 months her dad died and her older sister moved in. She has done nothing but cause us grief (including calling soc serve on us with false allegations). The older sister owns 15% and so does the older brother. How do I get them out? They are making it real hard to raise my child in this environment
