Week 12 TE sit or start??

i have jason witten(vs oakland) and Jermichael Finley(vs detroit), i know that finley is favored over witten this week and witten is also hurt but is most likely to play, my question is that if witten does play, he has a great matchup against oakland and he hasnt had a TD in while maybe he is due for one? which would you pick any opinion would help?
