Im in a situation...?

so i'm in a relationship with a girl who im in love with (lets call her jess) and lately i've been talking to this other girl (lets call her megan) who i had a huge crush on about a year or two or ago. and since i've been talking to megan, i found out that she had a crush on me too but nobody said anything. now shes been saying a lot of things that hint that she likes me again. i asked about it and she said she doesnt want to make it awkward so dont worry about it. so thats saying yes without actually saying it of course. and i cant really do anything because im a nice guy. i dont wanna be mean but i dont wanna be too nice either. now im totally in love with jess but i might be having feelings again for megan as well... :/ i just need some serious advice or opinions on this matter. please and thanks!
