I have a question about pacifiers and newborns...?

My daughter arrived yesterday and she is amazing but she is a fussy baby when it comes to sleeping. I had a c-section so I can't do much for her for the next few hours other than hold her and feed her. My poor husband has been doing all the diaper changes and trying to put her to bed but she is so fussy unless you give her a pacifier. The hospital pacifier seems so big because it keeps falling out of her mouth...should I continue to use the hospital pacifier or send one of my parents to buy a regular 1 at the store?
