I exercise a LOT ( i run anywhere from 3 to 6 miles a day and i usually box or do kickboxing fight team), but i also eat far too much, so i end up staying the same weight rather than losing. should i cut out some of the exercise so that i am less hungry? because i honestly feel like i should be losing weight and the food is the problem but idk how to do it!!! any tips about cutting out the small things to lose weight?
