Is it legal in ny state?

is it legal for a 19 yr old girl to have with a 14 yr old boy she is now 20 and nine months pregnant and he just turned 15 .i heard at 15 he is now able to marry her with parental and judicial consent is it still possible for charges to be bought up seeing how the pregnancy happened when he was 14? and the marriage is only happening because she is pregnant.cps has been involved and she said an older gentleman was the father when cps realizes the 14 yr old is the dad can they press charges ?
