Bankruptcy Question?

I live in Miami, Flo and my questions are I have two, in 2003, I file for bankruptcy and right now I am going to lose my home and I want to file for bankruptcy again. however, I don't want the home what should I do? How long do I have to wait to file for chapter 7 again not chapter 13.
