Careless Driving help..?

unless you were caught on a speed camera youre fine, the van driver going to the police would be hearsay, like if you went to the police station and talked smack about some random motorist they wouldnt believe you. He was being weird, end of, he isnt a traffic cop and should not be verbally attacking people. Though slow down around schools ok: ).
