This GIRL is sooo annoying? What can I do?

Just get her alone and tell her how you feel...that you are stifled by her hanging on you and following you around. You don't have to tell her you don't like her...I'm sure you want to avoid hurting her as much as possible. Tell her you would like to remain a friendly acquaintance, but do not want constant companionship from her or anyone else. Tell her to back way off in a nice way. Since she likes to blab, you might have to tell her to be quiet and pay attention to what you are telling her. Keep the mood serious (but kind) so she will know you mean it. You may not like her, but it's obvious you care about her welfare anyway, and that's a good thing...it's a gift, and we need more of it in this world.
