Weight loss?

ok um first, you can't skip a meal. by skipping a meal you are causing your body to retain all the food that you consume, because your body thinks that it is starving, this in turn slows down your matabilisim, making it work sluggishly so you will have to work twice or even three times as hard just to see small results. my suggestion, eat more!!!!!! i mean, to be honest, you can eat how many calories as you want as long as you burn them off!!!! besides if you are exersizing too much you will become anarexic, and no that is not only a disease for ppl who dont eat ne thing it is also a disease for ppl who work off more than they are consuming. so my suggestion, sure keep an eye on how much you are eating, but DON"T skip meals, and make sure you are not working off more calories than you are consuming. Loosing weight is fine, as long as you don't hurt yourself in doing it
