Navy Dep Question * Important *?

I'm Due To Go Feb 5 , 2005 But For More Than One Reason I Change My Mind Can I Still Have The Chance Of Not Showing Up To Ship Date ? OR Is It To Late Because From The GI Hotline I Don't Even Have To Wirte A Letter If Its This Late In The Game ?
