PLEZ HELP...do you think it's flirty or signs of interest?

He could either be flattered that you like him and he isn't that into you or he likes you but is shy. Hmmm sounds like too much mystery and drama. Why don't you just tell him how you feel for him and get it over with. If the guy doesn't like you you can just move on but if he is interested in you than maybe it will be a start of a beautiful relationship. Just guessing and wondering is doing nothing for you.
