Why is it that of all Arabs, it is the Lebanese who are most easily recognized and get the most attention?

Probably because they have more percentage wise Christians than any other country. Also the same people did help for Lebanon cause and these people get most attention. You know what - they all fought a hell of a war against their neighbors. SO many think they are smart and can beat their neighbors when it comes to war and military power.
